These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Conteh Tech Hub website, digital platform, content, features, services, and related functionality made available through this Platform.

Conteh Tech Hub is the umbrella and master commercial brand of Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. The Platform serves as the Company's central digital hub for presenting its corporate presence, ventures, products, services, projects, digital platforms, and wider technology ecosystem.

By accessing or using Conteh Tech Hub, you agree to comply with these Terms and any other policies or terms that expressly apply to the particular feature, service, or transaction you use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

Conteh Tech Hub is operated by Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Conteh Tech Hub is the Company's umbrella commercial brand and is not represented by these Terms as a separate incorporated entity.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ventures, platforms, products, and services presented as part of the Conteh Tech Hub ecosystem do not become separate legal entities merely because they operate under separate names, domains, websites, applications, or commercial identities.

Conteh Tech Hub functions as the Company's central digital and ecosystem platform.

Its functions may include:

• presenting the Company's corporate presence;
• presenting Company ventures and digital platforms;
• showcasing projects, products, and services;
• providing access to Company information and resources;
• connecting users with individual ventures and services;
• receiving corporate, service, partnership, and other enquiries;
• providing information about the Company's wider digital ecosystem; and
• supporting other Company-level digital functionality introduced from time to time.

Not every service, transaction type, or functionality described across the wider Conteh Tech Hub ecosystem is necessarily provided directly through this corporate Hub.

Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. may operate individual ventures, products, services, and digital platforms under the Conteh Tech Hub ecosystem, including:

• ConTech Stores;
• ConTech Marketplace;
• ConTech Eats;
• ConTech BizTrack-SL;
• ConTech AgroLink-SL;
• Consult Conteh ICT;
• Dauwz Editions Collective; and
• other future ventures, products, services, or platforms.

Individual ventures may maintain their own websites, applications, functionality, commercial models, and platform-specific legal terms.

When you access or use an individual venture, additional terms, privacy notices, payment information, refund rules, Vendor terms, or other platform-specific policies may apply.

Where platform-specific terms validly apply to a particular service or transaction, those terms should be read together with these Hub-level Terms.

You may use Conteh Tech Hub only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and any applicable platform-specific terms.

You must not knowingly use the Platform to:

• engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity;
• interfere with the security, integrity, or normal operation of the Platform;
• gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data, or infrastructure;
• introduce malicious code or deliberately harmful technologies;
• impersonate another person or organisation;
• submit information that you know to be materially false or misleading;
• infringe the rights of another person or entity; or
• use the Platform in a manner that materially disrupts its operation or the legitimate use of others.

Certain Platform functionality may require an account, authentication, or other access credentials.

Where an account is provided, you are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your credentials and for information submitted through your account.

You should notify the relevant Platform support channel if you reasonably believe that your account or credentials have been compromised or used without authorisation.

We may introduce additional account requirements or security measures where reasonably necessary for particular Platform functionality.

Conteh Tech Hub may provide information about products, services, projects, partnerships, business opportunities, or other activities offered by Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. or its ventures.

A general description on the Platform does not necessarily constitute a final quotation, contractual commitment, or guarantee that a particular service will be available.

Specific services may be subject to quotations, proposals, statements of work, invoices, service agreements, platform-specific terms, or other contractual arrangements.

Where Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. directly supplies a product or service, applicable prices, fees, payment methods, taxes, or other charges may be communicated through the Platform, a quotation, invoice, proposal, service agreement, or other relevant transaction information.

Payment arrangements may differ between individual ventures and services.

The fact that Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. operates a venture does not, by itself, mean that the Company receives, holds, processes, settles, or distributes every payment associated with transactions conducted through that venture.

Refund, cancellation, and return arrangements depend on the nature of the relevant product, service, transaction, and applicable terms.

Where payment is made directly to Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. for a Company-provided product or service, the applicable refund or cancellation process may be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any service-specific terms.

Transactions conducted through individual ventures may be subject to venture-specific refund, cancellation, return, Vendor, transaction, or dispute-resolution arrangements.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Unless otherwise stated, the Platform and Company-owned content made available through it may include trademarks, trade names, logos, text, graphics, designs, software, interfaces, databases, documents, media, and other materials owned by or licensed to Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd.

You may access and use such material for legitimate purposes associated with your use of the Platform.

You must not reproduce, commercially exploit, misrepresent, remove ownership notices from, or use protected Company material in a manner that infringes applicable rights unless you have permission or another lawful basis to do so.

Third-party names, trademarks, content, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Some Company platforms may permit users, Vendors, partners, contributors, or other third parties to submit or publish content.

Where such functionality is provided, the person submitting content remains responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and authority to provide it and that the content complies with applicable law and Platform rules.

We may review, restrict, remove, suspend, or take other appropriate Platform-level action concerning content where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, respond to a valid complaint, enforce applicable terms, protect users or systems, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

If you believe content published or hosted on this Hub is unlawful or infringes your rights, you may report it to our legal contact listed in Section 23. Please identify the relevant page or URL, explain the concern, and provide any reasonably available supporting information.

We will assess credible reports and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to unlawful content, notify the relevant contributor where appropriate, and take other steps required by applicable law. This procedure applies to content actually made available through this Hub; individual ventures may operate separate reporting channels.

Conteh Tech Hub may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, payment services, technology providers, delivery companies, social networks, or other external services.

Those third parties may operate under their own terms, policies, and practices.

The presence of a link, listing, integration, or technical connection does not by itself create a partnership, agency, employment relationship, joint venture, or endorsement between Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. and the relevant third party.

Information handled through Conteh Tech Hub is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Information about cookies and related technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.

Individual ventures may publish additional privacy or cookie information reflecting their particular functionality and information-processing activities.

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue Platform functionality where reasonably necessary for development, security, maintenance, operational, commercial, or legal reasons.

We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times or without interruption.

Where a change materially affects an existing paid service or contractual commitment, any applicable service-specific terms and legal obligations will also be considered.

We seek to keep material Company and Platform information reasonably accurate and current.

However, general website content may be updated, corrected, replaced, or become outdated as the Company, its ventures, services, pricing, technologies, or operations change.

Where a specific quotation, agreement, invoice, order, platform-specific term, or other contractual document applies to a transaction, that document may provide more specific information than general website content.

Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. remains responsible for obligations that apply to it under applicable law and valid contractual arrangements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not responsible for losses arising solely from the independent acts, omissions, systems, services, or failures of third parties outside the Company's reasonable control.

Where a particular venture facilitates interactions between independent users, Vendors, payment providers, delivery companies, or other third parties, responsibility for their respective acts and obligations may be governed by the applicable platform-specific terms and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability, statutory protection, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Platform functionality where reasonably necessary because of a material breach of applicable terms, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, misuse, or another legitimate operational or legal reason.

Where appropriate in the circumstances, we may provide notice or an opportunity to address the relevant issue before or after taking Platform-level action.

Suspension or termination does not automatically remove obligations or rights that arose before the relevant action.

If your complaint concerns Conteh Tech Hub itself or a product or service supplied directly through a Company-level arrangement, you may contact the Hub through the contact details below.

If your complaint concerns an individual venture, you should ordinarily use the designated support channel published by that venture.

Where a venture facilitates a Customer-to-Vendor transaction, the Customer may be required to contact the relevant Vendor first before escalating an unresolved matter through the venture's designated support process.

For a dispute concerning this Hub, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through the relevant Hub contact channel for up to 21 days after the complaint is received, unless earlier action is required or permitted by applicable law.

This internal process does not prevent a person from approaching the Consumer Protection Commission, a competent court, or another authority, or exercising any statutory, regulatory, or other remedy available under applicable law.

Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. is established in Sierra Leone and operates Conteh Tech Hub from within its corporate framework.

These Hub Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sierra Leone, subject to any mandatory protections that apply under other applicable law. Disputes relating to these Hub Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sierra Leone sitting in Freetown.

A separate venture, service, or transaction may have its own valid applicable terms, without changing the legal operator identified in Section 2 merely because a different brand is used.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to unlawfully restrict any mandatory jurisdiction, statutory protection, or consumer right that applies to a user or transaction.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Platform functionality, Company operations, services, technologies, commercial arrangements, or applicable legal requirements.

The revision date shown on this page identifies when the published Terms were last materially updated.

Where a material change requires additional notice or affirmative acceptance under applicable law or because of the nature of an existing contractual relationship, we may provide an appropriate notice or acceptance mechanism.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

A failure or delay by the Company in exercising a right or remedy does not automatically constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

Individual ventures may publish additional terms and policies applicable to their specific functionality, users, services, Vendors, transactions, or commercial arrangements.
