This Payment Information explains the general payment arrangements applicable where products, services, fees, or other amounts are paid directly to Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") through or in connection with Conteh Tech Hub.

Conteh Tech Hub is the umbrella and master commercial brand of Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. and serves as the Company's central digital hub.

Individual ventures within the Conteh Tech Hub ecosystem may operate different payment models. Their platform-specific payment information and transaction terms should therefore be consulted where applicable.

This page primarily applies to payments made directly to Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. for Company-level products, services, subscriptions, fees, projects, or other commercial arrangements.

This may include, where applicable:

• Company-provided services;
• technology or digital services;
• consultancy or project services;
• Company subscriptions or service fees;
• digital products or resources;
• advertising or promotional services;
• business or partnership arrangements; and
• other amounts expressly payable to Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd.

It does not mean that Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. receives, holds, processes, settles, or distributes every payment made through every venture in the wider Conteh Tech Hub ecosystem.

Payment relationships depend on the service or Platform being used.

A payment made directly to Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. is distinct from a payment made directly to an independent Vendor, Third-Party Delivery Company, payment provider, or another party using or connected with one of the Company's ventures.

Where an individual venture publishes its own Payment Information, transaction terms, Vendor terms, or other payment rules, those provisions may apply to transactions conducted through that venture.

The payment methods available for a particular Company product or service may vary according to the transaction, service, location, currency, payment infrastructure, and commercial arrangement.

Where applicable, available payment methods will be communicated through the relevant checkout, quotation, invoice, proposal, order, service agreement, payment instruction, or other transaction information.

A payment method should not be considered available for a particular transaction unless it is expressly offered or confirmed for that transaction.

Where mobile-money payment is offered for a direct Company transaction, the relevant payment details will be provided or displayed for that transaction.

Mobile-money services are operated by independent providers. Their own transaction limits, fees, verification procedures, processing rules, availability, and service terms may apply.

You should verify the recipient information and transaction amount before authorising a mobile-money payment.

Where bank transfer is offered, the Company may provide account or transfer information through an invoice, quotation, payment instruction, service agreement, or other authorised communication.

You are responsible for checking the payment details before initiating a transfer.

Banks or financial institutions may apply their own transfer, processing, currency-conversion, correspondent-bank, or other charges.

Where card or other electronic payment functionality is made available for a particular transaction, the payment may be processed through an independent payment provider or financial institution.

The availability of a particular card network, payment provider, or electronic payment method will depend on the payment options actually presented for the relevant transaction.

We do not represent that every card network or electronic payment method is universally supported by Conteh Tech Hub.

Cash should only be used where it is expressly accepted for the relevant Company transaction or service.

Users should not assume that cash is available as a payment method merely because it may be accepted in another Company service, venture, or transaction.

Where appropriate, evidence or confirmation of payment should be retained.

Before making a direct Company payment, you should verify the payment information communicated for the relevant transaction.

This is particularly important where payment instructions are provided through an invoice, email, mobile-money number, bank account, payment link, merchant identifier, or similar method.

If payment instructions appear unusual, inconsistent, or unexpectedly changed, you should verify them through an authorised Company contact before making payment.

Prices or fees applicable to Company-provided products and services may be displayed through the Platform or communicated through quotations, invoices, proposals, service agreements, subscriptions, or other transaction information.

The applicable price may depend on the particular product, service, scope, duration, project, subscription, or other commercial arrangement.

Any mandatory charges payable to the Company should be disclosed before a payer commits to the transaction, with applicable taxes identified where required by law. Charges independently imposed by a payment provider may be subject to that provider's disclosures.

Prices, invoices, quotations, or other payment information may identify applicable taxes where relevant to the transaction.

The tax treatment of a particular transaction may depend on the nature of the product or service, the parties involved, and applicable legal requirements.

Where a venture involves independent Vendors, those Vendors may be responsible for their own pricing and tax obligations subject to the applicable Platform terms and applicable law.

The currency applicable to a transaction will ordinarily be identified through the relevant price, invoice, quotation, checkout, or payment instruction.

Where a payment involves currency conversion, an independent bank, mobile-money provider, card provider, payment processor, or other financial service may apply its own exchange rate and conversion charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company does not control exchange rates independently applied by third-party financial-service providers.

Some payments may involve banks, mobile-money operators, payment gateways, card processors, financial institutions, or other independent payment-service providers.

Those providers may operate their own systems and apply their own terms, fees, transaction limits, identity-verification requirements, processing times, security procedures, and dispute processes.

The use or availability of an independent payment service does not by itself create a partnership, agency, employment relationship, or joint venture between that provider and Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd.

We seek to use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the payment functionality and information that we actually handle.

Where an independent payment provider processes a payment, sensitive payment information may be entered or processed through that provider's systems rather than directly by Conteh Tech Hub.

Users should not send passwords, PINs, one-time verification codes, full card credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive financial information to the Company by ordinary email, contact form, or support message.

A payment should not necessarily be treated as successfully received by the Company solely because a payer has initiated a transaction.

Payment may remain subject to confirmation, settlement, verification, or reconciliation depending on the payment method used.

We may request a transaction reference or other reasonable evidence to assist with payment verification.

A transaction may be delayed, rejected, reversed, remain pending, or otherwise fail because of circumstances involving the payer, payment provider, bank, mobile-money operator, technical infrastructure, transaction limits, insufficient funds, security controls, or other factors.

A failed or pending transaction does not necessarily mean that Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. has received the relevant funds.

Where necessary, users may need to contact the payment provider involved as well as the Company to establish the status of a transaction.

If you believe you made a duplicate payment or paid an incorrect amount directly to Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd., contact us promptly with sufficient transaction information for the matter to be reviewed.

Where our records confirm that the Company received an amount that should be returned, the matter will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, the applicable transaction terms, and applicable law.

Refund eligibility depends on the relevant transaction, product, service, contractual terms, and applicable law.

Where Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. received the relevant funds directly and a refund is approved or otherwise due, the Company will determine an appropriate refund method having regard to the original payment method, available payment infrastructure, transaction records, and security considerations.

If you believe that a direct payment to Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorised, or otherwise disputed, contact us promptly so that the transaction can be reviewed.

Where the payment was processed through an independent bank, mobile-money operator, card provider, or payment service, you may also have rights or procedures available through that provider.

Where a dispute concerns a transaction conducted through an individual venture, the relevant venture's support and dispute process should ordinarily be used.

If you believe a payment associated with a Company transaction was made without your authorisation, you should contact the relevant payment provider promptly and notify the appropriate Company or venture support channel where necessary.

We may request reasonable information to identify the transaction and may cooperate with a payment provider, competent authority, or other appropriate party where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

Certain ventures within the Conteh Tech Hub ecosystem may operate marketplace or commerce functionality that connects Customers with independent Vendors.

Where an applicable venture uses a direct-payment model, the Customer pays the relevant Vendor directly using a payment method accepted by that Vendor.

In such a transaction, Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. does not ordinarily receive, hold, settle, or distribute the Customer's purchase funds on behalf of the Vendor.

The applicable venture's own Payment Information and transaction terms should be consulted for the specific payment architecture used by that Platform.

Where a venture permits Vendors to participate through a subscription, listing, participation, service, advertising, promotional, or other Company fee, that payment is separate from the purchase funds paid by a Customer to a Vendor.

Applicable Vendor fees will be governed by the relevant venture's terms, Vendor arrangements, pricing, or other commercial information.

Payment of a Vendor fee to the Company does not by itself cause the Company to become the recipient of the Vendor's Customer purchase payments.

Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. or an individual venture may offer paid advertising, sponsored placement, featured visibility, promotional services, or related commercial opportunities.

Where such a service is purchased from the Company, the advertising or promotional fee is a separate payment to Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. and should not be confused with Customer purchase funds paid to a Vendor.

Applicable pricing, duration, placement, cancellation, content requirements, and other conditions may be governed by the relevant advertising arrangement or platform-specific terms.

Depending on the transaction, the Company may issue or maintain invoices, payment confirmations, receipts, transaction references, subscription records, or other payment documentation.

Users should retain relevant payment records where reasonably necessary for accounting, support, refund, dispute, or verification purposes.

We may take reasonable measures to identify suspicious, fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, or unauthorised transactions associated with Company services.

Such measures may include transaction verification, reconciliation, review of relevant records, temporary withholding of service activation where payment cannot be verified, or requesting additional information reasonably necessary to confirm a transaction.

We will seek to apply such measures proportionately and in accordance with applicable law.

The Company may introduce, remove, or change payment methods as its services, technology, payment infrastructure, or commercial arrangements develop.

A payment method previously available for one service or transaction is not guaranteed to remain available for every future transaction.

Material changes affecting an existing paid service or contractual relationship may also be subject to the relevant service-specific terms and applicable legal requirements.

Conteh Technologies Hub Ltd. may develop additional payment functionality as its ventures and services evolve.

Any future functionality involving collection or settlement of payments on behalf of other parties would differ from the current direct-payment arrangements of applicable ventures and would require a separate assessment before use.

Such functionality will be subject to separate technical, commercial, and legal review before implementation where appropriate.

Information processed in connection with payments may include transaction references, billing information, payment status, service information, contact details, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the relevant transaction.

This Payment Information describes the Company's current general payment architecture and operational approach for Conteh Tech Hub.

Nothing on this page is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace a payment, consumer, contractual, refund, dispute, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Payment functionality and arrangements remain subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

We may update this Payment Information to reflect changes in payment methods, Company services, venture architecture, transaction processes, technologies, commercial arrangements, or applicable legal requirements.

When this page is materially revised, the updated version will identify its revision date.

Where additional notice is appropriate or required, we may provide notice through the Platform or another suitable communication method.
